Join us for A Night Of Amaro
It's safe to say we love our Amaro. With an award-winning list and over 200 Amaros to choose from, it's the largest collection in Australia.
To celebrate this complex and nuanced spirit we are hosting A Night Of Amaro on Wednesday 15th June. Guided by Campari Group ambassador Tristram Fini, it's sure to be fun as well as informative.
Join us from 6.30pm for an Amaro highball to start followed by delicious cicchetti to sample including squid ink rotolo, citrus mascarpone, tartare and taralli. It then becomes a sit down affair with a 3-course menu served with matching wines chosen by special guest Andreas Puhar of Enoteca Sydney as well as matching Amaros selected by our very own Julian Izzillo.
Highlights include our famous zucchini flowers with fior di latte and ricotta, pancetta and potato ravioli with cinnamon and poppyseed butter as well as osso bucco with saffron risotto.
Tickets are $120pp and limited to 40 tickets. Due to the excellent value of the offering, these tickets won't last long. Be sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment.
