Meet the team behind Paski Vineria Popolare three of the most influential names in Australia’s natural wine scene.

Giorgio, Mattia, and Enrico bring serious hospitality pedigree, global experience, and a deep love for all things wine and food.

From award-winning wine lists and pioneering import businesses to some of Sydney’s most iconic natural wine venues, this trio knows how to build a movement around good bottles and good times.

The wines on pour have been handpicked and imported by Giorgio (Giorgio De Maria Fun Wines) and Mattia (Vino Mito). Expect a line-up of expressive, natural wines that reflect craftsmanship and character.

There’ll also be a special aperitivo menu by Enrico, showcasing his signature take on regional Italian flavours.

It’s the perfect afternoon to sip, snack, and discover a few new favourites.
